Theory and Modalities

Transformation Through a Trauma-Informed Lens

Healing is not about fixing what’s broken—it’s about reconnecting with the wholeness that’s always been there.

My approach is grounded in lived experience, professional training, and a deep respect for the complexity of the human journey. I integrate a range of evidence-based and experiential modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal Theory, Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, and insights from Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) research. I also weave in mindfulness, embodied awareness, and the power of presence through a coaching relationship built on trust.

At the heart of my work is Transformative Coaching—a process that invites deep reflection, emotional insight, and meaningful change. It’s not about goal-chasing or surface-level fixes. Instead, it’s an exploration of who you are beneath the protective patterns, and who you’re becoming as you reclaim your sense of agency, authenticity, and self-leadership.

You are not here to simply survive.
Thriving is your birthright.

Internal Family Systems

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a type of psychotherapy that helps people understand and heal their internal parts.

Somatic Experiencing

Somatic therapy focuses on the connection between the mind and body. It uses physical and psychotherapy techniques to help people release tension and trauma.
