welcome to reconnection

You don’t have to arrive ready.

Whether you’re carrying the impact of difficult experiences, feeling overwhelmed by life, or simply searching for something to change, you’re welcome here. We start with a free, unhurried conversation and take things at a pace that feels right for you.

who is reconnection for

People often arrive here feeling overwhelmed, stuck in familiar patterns, disconnected from themselves, or simply tired of carrying too much alone.

You don’t have to be sure why. Coming as you are is enough.

how do we do this

We do this together.

We take time to understand what’s happening beneath the surface, helping you find steadier ground and a clearer way forward. No rushing, no pressure. We move at a pace that feels safe enough to last.

what working together is like

Being listened to without being hurried.

You stay in charge of the pace, the depth, and what we explore. Together, we make sense of what’s happening, at a pace that feels manageable and safe. Nothing has to be ready before you arrive.

the approach

Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)

EMDR is an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain process and integrate difficult experiences that may still be affecting the present. It is widely used for trauma, anxiety, distressing memories, and negative beliefs about ourselves.

EMDR-informed work is always paced carefully. We begin with safety, stabilisation, and readiness before exploring deeper experiences. Many people find it helps reduce emotional intensity, create new perspectives, and support lasting change.

The door stays open.

If you’re unsure, that’s allowed. A first conversation is somewhere to begin.
