terms
Using this site.
A few simple terms for using this website and understanding what it is — and what it is not.
What this site is
This website shares information about reconnection, the way I work, and how to book an initial conversation.
It is not a medical, emergency or crisis service.
Not a clinical relationship
Using this website does not create a coaching, therapeutic or clinical relationship.
That begins only if we both agree to work together directly.
The resources
The resources on this site are here for reflection, education and support.
They are not a substitute for therapy, medical advice, crisis care or emergency support.
Go gently, take what helps, and stop if something does not feel right.
If something feels urgent or unsafe, please use the Crisis Support page. If life is at risk, call 999 or go to A&E.
External links
Some pages may link to external websites, articles, videos, services or resources.
These are shared in good faith, but I am not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy or privacy practices of other websites.
Content
Unless otherwise stated, the original text, images, design elements and resources on this site belong to reconnection.
Please do not copy, reproduce, republish or adapt them without permission.
Some resources, references, videos or external materials may belong to other creators or organisations. Where external content is linked or referenced, ownership remains with the original creator.
Bookings, payments and cancellations
Initial conversations are free.
For paid sessions, session length, fee and payment arrangements will be agreed before we begin working together.
Paid sessions are normally paid in advance.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a paid session, please give at least 24 hours' notice.
Where less than 24 hours' notice is given, the session may be charged in full.
If I need to cancel or reschedule a session, I will offer another suitable time or refund any payment already made for that session.
This policy helps keep the work clear and sustainable, while also recognising that real life occasionally does real-life things.
Privacy
How your information is handled is explained on the Privacy page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
